Notice: Prior to beginning any project (wall, dock, deck, etc.), approval must first be gained by the

Riverside Lakes Homeowners Association.

When beginning any project where materials or equipment will be stored on SID property a

$500 deposit and permission from the SID must be arranged in advance. 

Failure to comply will result in substantial fines.

** During the May 1999 SID meeting, the following sections were repealed in their entirety:  2.1 General, 2.2 Boating and Water Safety, 2.3 Boating Lake Rules, 2.4 Fishing Lake Rules, 2.5 Fishing Rules, 2.6 Jet Ski Rules and Wave Runner Rules, 2.7 Snowmobile Rules, 2.8 All Terrain Vehicle Rules, and 2.9 Recreation Fees.  This was done to eliminate redundancies found in The Nebraska State Boat Act and The Nebraska Game and Parks Commission Regulations and to retain the protections afforded the district under the Nebraska Recreation Liability Act.
