Neighborhood Watch

Did you know that every household of Riverside Lakes is part of the Neighborhood Watch program?  Yes!  Just by being a resident here,  you are a part of the program.

How does this program work?  Only with your help.

Whenever you see any behavior that disturbs the peace, is unusual, or is a criminal activity, call 911.  Then call your immediate neighbors so they may be aware of any situation.  Next contact either a Homeowners Association Board member or a SID member or the Neighborhood watch coordinator.

Once one of them has been contacted, signs are posted at our entrance that state "Neighborhood Watch Alert".   This tells all others to take appropriate precautions to insure their own family's safety and home security.

From time to time, there has been vandalism and disturbance of the peace in our area.  To better insure that our area is safe and crime free, reports need to be made to our sheriff by calling 911.  You can request that you not be identified and that officers not visit the home if you fear retribution.  If you report something that goes to court, your name will be disclosed as a part of the court documents.

Neighborhood watch only works because of your help.

Let's keep our area safe and peaceful.

To volunteer, please contact Cathy Bockelman, 414 Riverside Drive
