SID Dock Specifications
* During the May 1999 SID meeting, the following sections were repealed in their entirety: 2.1 General, 2.2 Boating and Water Safety, 2.3 Boating Lake Rules, 2.4 Fishing Lake Rules, 2.5 Fishing Rules, 2.6 Jet Ski Rules and Wave Runner Rules, 2.7 Snowmobile Rules, 2.8 All Terrain Vehicle Rules, and 2.9 Recreation Fees. This was done to eliminate redundancies found in The Nebraska State Boat Act and The Nebraska Game and Parks Commission Regulations and to retain the protections afforded the district under the Nebraska Recreation Liability Act.
