All common areas, streets, grounds, parks, and lakes are the property of S.I.D. #177. A $500 deposit and prior permission are required for using any SID property for any storage or any other purpose related to any construction or improvement project. Contact either the grounds trustee or board chairman for further details. Click here for contact information for all board members.

Before beginning any exterior home improvement project (docks, fences, walls, etc.) you will need to contact the Riverside Lakes Homeowner's Association (RLHA) to ensure your project conforms to protective convenants and other applicable regulations and standards. Sanitary and Improvement District (SID) #177 owns and operates all streets, sewers, and common areas in Riverside Lakes. Monthly meetings are open to the public and are posted on this site as well as the community entrance in advance. Click here for meeting information.
